5. Treni ndefu zinahitaji braking system yenye akili – MGR ya Tanzania ina mfumo wa zamani (pneumatic brakes) ambao huchelewa kuhimili treni ndefu.

Treni ipo na vichwa zaidi ya kimoja tueleze breaking system yake itakuwaje?
Hoja yangu haikuwa kwamba hazifanyi kazi – bali kwamba hazitoshi kwa treni ndefu kama za wagons 100, ambazo zina mahitaji makubwa ya braking responsiveness, synchronization, na redundancy.

Air brakes za kawaida (kama zile za MGR) hufanya kazi taratibu – braking pressure huanza kwenye injini kisha huenda mabehewa ya mwisho kwa mfululizo. Hii inasababisha:
1. Brake delay (brake lag) – treni ndefu hushindwa kusimama kwa wakati.
2. In-train forces – mabehewa ya nyuma yanasukuma ya mbele (buffing & jerking).
3. Derailment risk – hasa kwenye curves au mteremko.

Hoja iko wazi: Miundombinu ya MGR Tanzania haijasanifiwa kupokea au kupisha treni za mabehewa 100 bila mabadiliko makubwa. Hili si wazo la kubuni, ni uhalisia wa kijiinjinia (engineering constraint).

Stop twisting this thing to fit your own narrative. The WB report does not in anyway talk about poor COUNTRIES. It talks about poor POPULATIONS living in specific countries. A country can be rich but has lots of poor people. I can give you examples from across africa. If it's about countries' wealth, then DRC is even wealthier than Nigeria if you didn't know. It has huge deposits of minerals not found in many African countries. But has that stopped it from featuring in the list of having PEOPLE living in extreme poverty? The answer is no! Even your own country Tanzania is richer than Kenya resource-wise but it still has more people living in extreme poverty than Kenya.

Now engage your brain for once and stop creating your own stories which contradict what's contained in that WB report.
Your statement goes against the first comment you made that Tanzania is the poorest in the region.

I'm glad you learnt that having a largest number of people living below the index doesn't make the country the poorest, by saying so, you were wrong by mentioning Tanzania as the poorest country in E.Africa.

Naimani miraa na mirungi ikipigwa marufuku huko Kenya, vijana wengi wa Kenya ukiwepo wewe mtakua na akili tofauti na sasa mnavyotumia kichwa kama mtungi wa kuhifadhia mate.
