A country can be rich but has lots of poor people. I can give you examples from across africa. If it's about countries' wealth, then DRC is even wealthier than Nigeria if you didn't know. It has huge deposits of minerals not found in many African countries. But has that stopped it from featuring in the list of having PEOPLE living in extreme poverty? The answer is no! Even your own country Tanzania is richer than Kenya resource-wise but it still has more people living in extreme poverty than Kenya.

Now engage your brain for once and stop creating your own stories which contradict what's contained in that WB report.

Your statement goes against the first comment you made that Tanzania is the poorest in the region.

I'm glad you learnt that having a largest number of people living below the index doesn't make the country the poorest, by saying so, you were wrong by mentioning Tanzania as the poorest country in E.Africa.
