Tunashukuru kwa maoni yenu mliyoweka hapa juu ya huduma mnazo pata kwenye matawi yetu nchini kote, NMB inafanyia uchunguzi maoni na malalamiko yenu na tuna wahakikishia kuwa tutachukua hatua stahiki dhidi ya wafanyakazi waliotajwa na wengine wenye tabia kama hizo.

Ndugu wana jukwaa, NMB inajipambanua kwa kusimamia maadili moja wapo ikiwa ni uaminifu kwa wafanyakazi wake.
NMB pia inapenda kuwa hakikishia wateja na jamii kwa ujumla kwamba itaendelea kusimamia sera zote za benki ikiwa ni pamoja na kutovumilia wafanyakazi wasio waadilifu.

Nilituma pesa kutoka akaunti yangu ya nmb kwa kutumia nmb mobile service. Kwenda M-Pesa. Mpaka sasa fedha imetoka kwenye akaunti yangu ya nmb lakini haisomi M-Pesa na hakuna meseji toka nmb kuonesha kuwa muamala umekamilika. Napiga cm huduma kwa wateja ck ya pili sasa hawapokei. Naomba wahusika mpokee cm za wateja ili mtatue changamoto zetu

Customer care kwa Tanzania zinaboa , customer care centers nyingi Tz haswa za mabenki na simu wamewekana ndugu humo.Walioshindikana huko makwao.

Make sure line uliosajilia nmb mobile ni line 1 kwenye simu. Ikigoma nenda clear data ya hio app alafu login tena. Kwangu ilikubali baada ya kuclear data ya hio app.

Mkuu nimejaribu kuclear data na kusign in tena kutumia namba ileile na password ileile ila naona bado inagoma picha hiyo hapo chini.
Nenda settings then apps fungua hio nmb klik utaona sehemu ya data

Line uliosajilia ipo line 1 kwenye sim yako?
Simu yangu inatumia line mbili na niliyosajilia ipo line ya pili na ndo niliyosajilia hata kwa NMB mobile nikawa naitumia hadi pale majuzi kati nilivyoiupdate nika login ikagoma kabisa mpaka saivi.

Simu yangu inatumia line mbili na niliyosajilia ipo line ya pili na ndo niliyosajilia hata kwa NMB mobile nikawa naitumia hadi pale majuzi kati nilivyoiupdate nika login ikagoma kabisa mpaka saivi.
Ndio maana nakwambia weka hio line uliosajilia kama line 1 then jaribu

Ndio maana nakwambia weka hio line uliosajilia kama line 1 then jaribu
Mkuu asante sana imekubali ila sijaelewa huo muunganiko wa kubadili line kwenda line 1 na hiyo NMB app umekaaje hadi kukubali.
