Tunashukuru kwa maoni yenu mliyoweka hapa juu ya huduma mnazo pata kwenye matawi yetu nchini kote, NMB inafanyia uchunguzi maoni na malalamiko yenu na tuna wahakikishia kuwa tutachukua hatua stahiki dhidi ya wafanyakazi waliotajwa na wengine wenye tabia kama hizo.

Ndugu wana jukwaa, NMB inajipambanua kwa kusimamia maadili moja wapo ikiwa ni uaminifu kwa wafanyakazi wake.
NMB pia inapenda kuwa hakikishia wateja na jamii kwa ujumla kwamba itaendelea kusimamia sera zote za benki ikiwa ni pamoja na kutovumilia wafanyakazi wasio waadilifu.

Mkuu kwa hili NMB wanastahili pongezi za hali ya juu.. Mimi sikutegemea NMB wanaweza kuwa watu wa kujali kiasi hiki cha kujitojeza jukwaani na kuomba radhi... Nadhani ninakila sababu sasa ya kujiunga na hii bank inayoonyesha kujali..

Hongera sana kwa kujitokeza hadharani na kutoa ufafanuzi.

Hii inaonyesha ni jinsi gani mnawajali wateja na kufuatilia malalamiko yanayotolewa hapa jukwaa.

Ni vyema na taasisi nyinginezo za Serikali wangefuata mfano wenu. Kwani hatuwezi kuandamana wananchi na kuja ofisi / tawi la benki na kutoa malalamiko na pia hatujui yupi ukimweleza utakuwa umefikisha lalamiko lako kwani unaweza kumueleza mtu kumbe ndiye muhusika anayefanya kitendo hicho na kuishia kusikilizwa tu "AND THEN NO ACTION"

KAribuni sana hapa JF kwani kuna mambo mengi tunayajadili kwa manufaa ya Taifa ingawa kwa wengine wenye upeo mfupi wanafikiri kwamba sisi tunapoteza muda wetu kujadili vitu vinavyoipinga Serikali na Taasisi zake.

Ukweli ni kwamba sisi ni wananchi ambao tumesambaaa kila kona ya Tanzania na tunaona madudu yanayofanyika. Huu ni ukumbi wetu wa kukosoa na kurekebisha kwa manufaa ya Taifa.

Hakika nimefurahishwa na utokezaji wa NMB Tanzania mahali hapa kama walivyo wengne hapa TCRA na Vodacom Tanzania. Ujio wa nmb hapa jukwaani ni neema kwetu ambao hatusikilizwi na macostamer care wao. Ninakwenda sasa kufufua acount yangu.

Hiyo title uliyoandika NDUGU WANA JAMII FORUMS haiuziki, kuna watu wana jambo la kuwaambia lakini watapita tu kwa sababu ya title, mwombe mod akufanyie marekebisho.
Kwa mfano isomeke
1. NMB Tanzania: Tupe maoni, maswali na ushauri
2. NMB Tanzani; Huduma kwa mteja
3. NMB Tanzania: Maoni, Maswali na Ushauri.

Nasema hivyo kwa sababu mm mwenyewe nimesoma hii thread kwa bahati mbaya tu, haioneshi inazungumzia nini.

Asante sana. NMB siku hizi kila penye tawi lenu CRDB wanakuja kwa kazi na ni kipenzi cha watu wengi wakiwemo wafanyabiashara. mm niko Bunda mkoani Mara ambapo CRDB wanajenga tawi kwa kasi. naomba pale customer care kuna wasichana wawili ukiacha yule dada anayeitwa Agnes. wale wawili ni wapuuzi sana kiasi cha mimi kushindwa kufanya shughuli zangu pale. wanajiona kama miungu watu. hawajui thamani yetu na pesa zetu. walahi msipokuwa makini CRDB ikianza kazi mtatukisa wengi. castomer care ni weledi na si kila mtu anatakiwa kuwa pale. waondoeni wale wasichana au wapewe elimu na Agnes namna ya kusikiliza na kuhudumia wateja. Inauma sana kuweka watu wanaoangalia sura za watu ndo wawahudumie. ni hayo tu na nategemea mabadiliko NMB Bunda mkoani Mara.
