Bongolala our sgr can be electrified anytime we feel there's a need to do so. At the moment, our electricity demand can't allow us to do so. Remember Kenya produces more electricity than your country but due to our high demand, we still aren't able to electrify ours.

Nyinyi mnatengeneza umeme kidogo but due to your low electricity demand, you managed to electrify your sgr. Don't get emotional bongolala. We have no business getting jealous of a neighbour who produces less electricity and has lower demand for the same than us!

Sgr ilianza kujengwa kwakati wa JPM so when you want to put the blame solely on her you are not being fpp>air and honest. JPM borrowed money for sgr but he made most Tanzanians believe that ilijengwa na pesa za ndani. Very poor leadership quality

It was impossible for him to get a loan from the west to fund this project, they don't provide funds of this kind in Africa. China was the only country that was willing to do so but JPM didn't want them to have full control of the project, like they do in your country.

JPM thought process was ahead of the curve, he wanted us to participate fully in the project, without having to rely on any foreign entity in decision making, so he declined the offer (Chinese). Phase one was divided into five sections, each one was to start individually whenever funds were available.

To keep the ball rolling, GOT fully funded the first section (Dar es salaam - Morogoro) and provided a portion of the money to start the second one (Morogoro - Makutupora), AfDB funded what was left off. So to say we never funded any part of it with our own money, you must be higher than giraffe pussy.
