Bro,
Nairobi has rightfully earned its reputation as the preferred headquarters for multinational corporations and international organizations in Africa. Whenever a global entity considers setting up its continental base, the conversation almost always narrows down to Johannesburg or Nairobi.
In recent years, emerging cities like Kigali, Addis Ababa, and Abidjan have joined the competition, but Nairobi’s dominance remains evident. And this isn’t limited to Western organizations, as some Tanzanians like to believe. Even China — your supposed “all-weather friend” that many of you naively think sees you as equals — consistently chooses Nairobi over any Tanzanian city for its regional headquarters. Just look at AVIC, China Media, XCMG, among others.
This preference stems from Nairobi’s strategic positioning as a regional transport hub, its well-developed infrastructure, mild climate, and cosmopolitan environment that makes it easier for expatriates to live and work.
So I genuinely don’t understand how Amnesty International being headquartered in Nairobi somehow proves that Kenyans are plotting to destabilize Tanzania. This is the same Amnesty that has frequently clashed with the Kenyan government and nurtured countless activists who openly oppose it — yet suddenly, in your imagination, it’s a Kenyan tool for destabilization. The logic just doesn’t hold.
So you rightfully note that the organizations are from London but still blame Kenya for the same?
It's still stupid to ignore the atrocities your government committed and focus on some activists activities. That is exactly what your Mtandao gang wants you to believe so that they can't continue chewing you. A large section of Tanzanians are already in support of the government because its propaganda machine has successfully managed to convince them that the problem is Kenya and Western globalists. Just listen to this fool and read some of the comments on the video.
