Which place doesn't have those? Nairobi doesn't have ocean, islands, BRT and electric train. It's not cheap to live either.
Mombasa doesn't have BRT and electric train, money circulation isn't as high. It's an old and less populated boring town
But Dar has all those good things in one place ndio maana ni jiji la kipekee hapa East Africa
