4. The city is fast and slow at the same time
5. Hotels, malls, supermarkets etc

9. BRT buses with their special lanes
10. Cheap to live

Whether it's an EMU, DMU, Locomotive, freight cars etc doesn't change the fact that all of them run on a rail road and can derail if the railway is handled by buffoons the way it happened huko kwenu bongoslum.
