Acha ujinga hiyo ni hitilafu ya kiuendeshaji tuu, the train was supposed to stay on the mainline but somehow was channeled to the siding track at that approach speed lazima ingetokea tuu ajali. Human error iko involved hapo japo mifumo ni auto ila inaelekea kuna overriding ya mfumo from DSM.
