There are something called zoning, every area with a designated floor size. Unadhani Kenya ni kama Vumbistan without planning? For your information Pipeline you can't be allowed to be a Two Storey residential building and you can't also be allowed to build 20 floors buildings there.

Reason is zoning, Eastlands most buildings approvals are for 5-10 floors. Huko Kwenu anything can be built anyway where.

Because of lack of zoning, things like these happen.
