I am not sure nimetaja kila mtu anamiliki I said wenye nyumba hizo za uswazi ndio wanamiliki giving them big factor, na kingine nilikua naongelea decision ya real estate affordability of land ya kujenga nyumba over mansion.

Seems umeelewa tofauti.

Bro, your first quote is a blog done by an NGO. The blog is not comparative. You can't use a single blog talking about Kenya only to say, Tanzania is better than Kenya. You need real data by the same organisation giving real statistics comparing the two countries.

Your second quote is a statistic by a business paper mentioning the gap between the rich and poor IN KENYA widened in a given year.

1. There's no similar statistic for Tanzania to compare with.

2. That's a one year trend. Trends change every year, the gap might widen this year, reduce the next.

3. Just because it widened in 2021 doesn't mean Tanzania's poor are better off than Kenya's poor. It also doesn't prove Tanzania's gap is smaller than Kenya's. Remember, the year is 2021 when the whole world experience a widened gap between the rich and poor due to COVID pandemic. The only difference is, such data in Kenya is easily accessible to everyone, you know Tanzania with it's authoritarian vibe. Again, your data is inconclusive.

Finally,
A country like SA has a wider gap between the rich and poor than both Tanzania and Kenya but you and I know the average South African is way better off than the average Kenyan and Tanzanian. Again, your data doesn't prove anything.

Unajua tunaongea lahaja na lafudhi tofauti. Hapo Tanzania kiwanja ni a plot of land, hapa Kenya kiwanja ni playing field. Hapa Kenya a plot of land tunaita shamba ama ploti, hapo kwenu shamba ni farm. Ardhi hapa Kenya tunalitumia formally ila Kwa mazungumzo ya kawaida, hakuna Mkenya atasema ardhi akimaanisha a piece of land. Utasikia hilo neno likitumika kwenye media ila sio mazungumzo ya kawaida. Kwa hivo usijifanye hujanielewa na umenielewa.
