Kwani political promises are they not entrenched in party policies? Policies ndio zinazokuwa implemented baada ya kupata mandate ya kuongoza serikali na ndio utendaji hupimwa hapo.

Promises are made to be broken, so they say. But you can't lie to me that you did something and I know you didn't do it and you expect me to believe you and praise you for that.

On the same note, you can't do what you promised to do but do it in a different way then expect me to praise you as well. It doesn't happen that way.

Magu did the things he did but lied to you that he did them with Tanzanian's money, that there was no borrowing of any sort. That's the highest form of deceit. Jubilee did not deliver on some of their promises but the ones that they did deliver on we know were funded by loans. There was no lying!

In fact, Kenya wanted its share of imported maize from these two countries raised. There was no mention of price negotiation sasa sijui hayo madai umeyatoa wapi.
