Mara hii umesahau corona ilivyoharibu utalii duniani kote, tena huwa unaipigia chapuo "chanjo" kila siku hapa?

Mtoto (fetus) anapokuwa tumboni mwa mama yake, organ ya kwanza kabisa kujengwa katika kile kipindi cha rapid cell division (mitosis) ni moyo. Kazi kubwa ya moyo ni usafirishaji wa damu ambayo inabeba virutubisho, taka na hewa. Bila ya kuwa na mfumo bora wa usafirishaji, mifumo mingine yote haiwezi kufanya kazi.

Ufanisi (maendeleo, ujenzi, uchumi, sayansi n.k) kwenye maisha ya mwanadamu ni kugeza yale yaliyokwisha fanywa kwenye asili (nature) na Muumba.

Mawazo ya kibiashara ya Magu yalikuwa ya kiwango cha juu sana, yeye aliangalia misingi ya kujenga uchumi imara. Sio uchumi "artificial" wa kina Dr. Dau wa kujenga maghorofa wakati hakuna watu wakupangisha majengo hayo.

Magu alisisitiza kwenye usafirishaji (barabara, ndege, meli, reli na bandari). Baada ya hapo akaja kwenye nishati (Bwawa la Nyerere) ili kupunguza gharama za umeme kwa viwanda, kuchochea uwekezaji. Yaani unakuta kiwanda cha saruji Tanga na bandari vinakosa wateja kwasababu tuu reli iliyotegemewa imekufa, hamna anayejali. Anakuja mtu anaifufua reli hiyo halafu kuna watu kama Geza Ulole wanasema Magu hakuwa na mawazo ya kuichumi/biashara, kweli?

Suala ya Corona lilikuwa na siasa nyingi sana (mpaka sasa), katika nchi ambazo watalii wetu wengi wanatoka. Isingekuwa rahisi kuwashawishi watalii kuja, wakati nchi yetu ilichukua mtazamo tofauti wa kuikabili Corona. Ndiyo maana Zanzibar waliamua kuwashawishi warusi, hawa hawakuwa na agenda za kisiasa kwenye Corona.

Hata kama tozo ingepungua bado watalii wasingeongezeka kwakuwa nchi zao zingewatisha kuja nchini.
Yaani kama si kupanda bei ya dhahabu tungekuwa pabaya sana! ndo maana nasema kila mtu ana mazuri yake na biashara was not his strength!
Kama isingekuwa sera zake ya maliasili, hata huko kupanda kwa bei kusinge tufaidisha.
Yeye alikuwa mtu wa ujenzi tu!
Unamaana gani kusema mtu wa ujenzi tuu?

Uchumi gani usiotegemea miundombinu ya usafirishaji?

Wachina waliwekeza kwenye reli za mwendo kasi, miaka ya mwanzoni mwa 2000 na kuanzia 2008 tumeona impact yake kwenye uchumi wao. Leo wanamalengo ya kuwa na 70,000km za reli by 2035, kwanini tusifanye kama wao? Nchi hizi tajiri za Ulaya, Marekani na Japan ndivyo zilivyoendelea, kwa kujenga njia za usafirishaji kwanza halafu mengine yakafuata. Unafikiri wajerumani waliotutawala walikuwa wajinga kujenga reli ya Tanga na ya kati?
Na mama analeta sura nyingine ambayo inadharaulika sasa ila ina future nzuri kwetu ukichanganya na alichofanya marehemu! Ile miradi inahitaji usimamizi wenye ufanisi, kuanzia uendeshaji wa reli na Air Tanzania! That's my opinion and ask any economist will tell u the same!
Ni sura gani hiyo anayoleta mama? Ni nchi gani kubwa zilizoendelea zilifanya hivyo kabla ya kujenga miundombinu dhabiti?

Hata kama unamchukia JPM but we made most revenues during his time..did he kill Conference tourism we all dont know..yeye alipunguza country spending kwenye conferences za ndani....did that really kill tourism. we should depend on external conferences any way...

wacha upotoshaji wa kikenge! sheria lazma isimamiwe! Mchina ndo katunga procurement laws Tanzania? Huyu Masanja anapaswa kuondolewa pale TRC nadhani anafikiri project za TRC za babake! Yaani CEO mzima hana respect of procurement laws? Yale madudu ya kujiuzia nyumba za railways na nduguze na kupewa fidia mara kumi bado anaendeleza!
Sheria gani unazozijua wewe? Sheria ya procurement inaruhusu single source procurement with justification. Justification zipo tele tuu kwa Yapi Merkez kuendelea na lots 3 & 4. Some of the justifications to mention only a few:

1. Less mobilisation period
2. Maintenance of the same standard and quality over the entire strech of the line.
3. Cheaper Maintenance cost in the future cause the equipment and systems are similar.
4. They have boyond doubt demonstrated their ability to undertake such projects to customer satisfaction.
5. Avoidance of tender qualification issues
6. And many more
