Alichosema Tito ni kwamba Samia amejulishwa kuna case imefunguliwa dhidi yake. Hiyo ni stage ya kwanza kabisa ya ICC.

Warrant ya kumkamata itakuja baada ya ICC kufanya uchunguzi.

Huyo mama alikua mhalifu? Mhalifu asiekua na kitu mkononi alichoiba, na aliepigwa risasi ya mgongo ....ok sawa. Basi naamini mtoto wake huyo aliekua anamuamsha ataenda kumuomba radhi rais.

Kupewa notification ndio arrest warrant? Hivi kweli watoe arrest warrant kimya kimya hivyo? Hata mashtaka bado hayajafika kwenye Chambers wala kupangiwa jaji?

Inaweza isiwe hata mwaka huu, Uhuru na Ruto it took more than 5 years ndio kupewa summons.

Ila nikuambie tu this does not end with the tyrant going to jail, but rather it ends with a bullet in her frontal lobe!!

Partners of the World Governments Summit 2026 affirmed that the Summit continues to solidify its status as a leading global platform to anticipate the future and shape innovative government policies that ensure happiness and wellbeing of people.

Speaking at the World Governments Summit Dialogue, held today at the Museum of the Future to detail the latest updates to the upcoming edition set to take place in Dubai from 3rd to 5th February, WGS 2026 partners said the Summit is a global gathering of decision makers, experts and thought leaders who exchange visions and knowledge, and explore the best policies and solutions to support sustainable development and drive international cooperation across vital sectors.

Partners of the upcoming Summit include

  • the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) as the Smart Mobility Partner;
  • the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) as the Sustainable Energy Partner;
  • Dubai Municipality as the Smart City Partner;
  • DP World,
  • Dubai Chambers and the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) as Leading Partners;
  • Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) as the Strategic Partner; and
  • e& UAE as the Technology Partner.

Rashid Al Kaabi, Acting Deputy Director-General at ADFD, stated, “Abu Dhabi Fund for Development values its strategic partnership with the World Governments summit, spanning across more than a decade and has contributed to shaping the future of governments and advancing sustainable development outcomes globally. ADFD’s participation this year is particularly significant as it coincides with the launch of its 2030 Strategy, which aims to maximise development impact and enhance effectiveness through innovative financing solutions and the promotion of sustainable economic growth locally and globally.”

Al Kaabi added, “In collaboration with our partners, we will work to advance the objectives of the Fund’s flagship initiatives, most notably the $1 billion 'AI for Development' initiative, which aims to finance high-impact projects and leverage advanced technologies across African countries. The initiative will be implemented through ADEX, the export financing arm of ADFD.”

Al Kaabi concluded, “We will also strengthen our efforts to advance the Abu Dhabi Global Water Platform, with a total value of $2 billion, aimed at financing development projects, attracting new investment opportunities, and implementing innovative initiatives that contribute to strengthening the global water sector. The Fund has allocated US$1 billion to support the platform during its operational period from 2026 to 2030, aiming to reach approximately 10 million beneficiaries.”

Mkutano wa Washirika wa Serikali za Dunia wa 2026 ulithibitisha kwamba Mkutano huo unaendelea kuimarisha hadhi yake kama jukwaa linaloongoza la kimataifa la kutarajia mustakabali na kuunda sera bunifu za serikali zinazohakikisha furaha na ustawi wa watu.

Wakizungumza katika Mazungumzo ya Mkutano wa Serikali za Dunia, uliofanyika leo katika Jumba la Makumbusho la Wakati Ujao ili kueleza kwa undani masasisho mapya zaidi ya toleo lijalo linalotarajiwa kufanyika Dubai kuanzia tarehe 3 hadi 5 Februari, washirika wa WGS 2026 walisema Mkutano huo ni mkusanyiko wa kimataifa wa watunga maamuzi, wataalamu na viongozi wa mawazo wanaobadilishana maono na maarifa, na kuchunguza sera na suluhisho bora za kusaidia maendeleo endelevu na kuendesha ushirikiano wa kimataifa katika sekta muhimu.

Washirika wa Mkutano ujao ni pamoja na :
  1. Mamlaka ya Barabara na Uchukuzi ya Dubai (RTA) kama Mshirika wa Uhamaji Mahiri;
  2. Mamlaka ya Umeme na Maji ya Dubai (DEWA) kama Mshirika wa Nishati Endelevu;
  3. Manispaa ya Dubai kama Mshirika wa Jiji Mahiri;
  4. DP World,
  5. Dubai Chambers na Mamlaka ya Udhibiti wa Serikali ya Mawasiliano na Dijitali (TDRA) kama Washirika Wakuu;
  6. Mfuko wa Maendeleo wa Abu Dhabi (ADFD) kama Mshirika wa Kimkakati; na e& UAE kama Mshirika wa Teknolojia.

Rashid Al Kaabi, Kaimu Naibu Mkurugenzi Mkuu katika ADFD, alisema, "Mfuko wa Maendeleo wa Abu Dhabi unathamini ushirikiano wake wa kimkakati na mkutano wa kilele wa Serikali za Dunia, unaochukua zaidi ya muongo mmoja na umechangia katika kuunda mustakabali wa serikali na kuendeleza matokeo endelevu ya maendeleo duniani kote. Ushiriki wa ADFD mwaka huu ni muhimu sana kwani unaendana na uzinduzi wa Mkakati wake wa 2030, ambao unalenga kuongeza athari za maendeleo na kuongeza ufanisi kupitia suluhisho bunifu za ufadhili na kukuza ukuaji endelevu wa uchumi ndani na kimataifa."

Al Kaabi aliongeza, "Kwa kushirikiana na washirika wetu, tutafanya kazi ili kuendeleza malengo ya mipango mikuu ya Mfuko, hasa mpango wa 'AI for Development' wa dola bilioni 1, ambao unalenga kufadhili miradi yenye athari kubwa na kutumia teknolojia za hali ya juu katika nchi za Afrika. Mpango huo utatekelezwa kupitia ADEX, tawi la ufadhili wa mauzo ya nje la ADFD."

Al Kaabi alihitimisha, "Pia tutaimarisha juhudi zetu za kuendeleza Jukwaa la Maji la Kimataifa la Abu Dhabi, lenye thamani ya jumla ya dola bilioni 2, linalolenga kufadhili miradi ya maendeleo, kuvutia fursa mpya za uwekezaji, na kutekeleza mipango bunifu inayochangia kuimarisha sekta ya maji duniani. Mfuko umetenga dola bilioni 1 za Marekani kusaidia jukwaa hilo wakati wa kipindi chake cha uendeshaji kuanzia 2026 hadi 2030, kwa lengo la kuwafikia takriban walengwa milioni 10
