Height differs mostly because of the floor clearance(to elaborate this is the distance between floors).

Achilia mbali Ubungo fly over, kibaha highway, New upcountry Bus terminal, Mbagala BRT, SGR inavyo katiza town ikizama kwenye station ya kwenye movie na upgrading ya Ali Hassan Mwinyi road. Hii yote itakua inaisha kuanzia 2021-2024. Kipindi hiki hamna majengo mapya marefu yanayo jengwa Dar ila yajayo ni matamu, huko Dom ndiyo hatari tupu.
