Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

We both don't know in and out about Luanda, so simply we can say the beauty of Luanda in only beach front of it

May be an expert here should come and tell us more about it before giving out huge kongole to that city

Though we EA we're not far from beautification of our cities starting with NBO followed by Dar, I think we've to do more in our cities and invest a lot

We see NBO the AVIC HQ are coming out, the city double decker, Pinnacle and so more good stuffs In Dar too a lot are coming out in terms of infrastructure so in 2025 EA we can say something in SSA

My bests SSA, Jo'burg, Cape Town, Pretoria, NBO, Dar, Luanda

I'll provide you with all the necessary information about Luanda. Ranking my best cities in Africa I will only do After Addis Ababa has completed all the buildings currently under construction.

Like we told you before, the height of a building is known before hata jengo lijengwe. Even if they decide to add a number of floors above what was designed, the height will still be known.

Are you stupid or something!? Unaongelea jengo ambalo halijaisha kujengwa. Yaani may be 2020 ndiyo litaisha. Stupif boy
That building TOPPED OUT meaning not even a single floor will be added so the current height of the building is it's official height. What they are doing now is finishing which doesn't involve adding any more floors.

Sasa hapo hata floor ya 32 haijafika unasema final touch!? Subiri likiisha ndiyo ulete. Acha kubwabwaja.
Wewe unaishi dunia gani seriously? GTC topped out like two or three months ago at 43 floors meaning hakuna floor hata moja itaongezwa hapo juu. What they are doing now is cladding and other finishing touches. Mbona nyinyi wabishi hivi lakini

soma vizur ulichoandika... i modified it as follows: even if they decide to add a number of floors above what was designed, the height of a building is known before hata jengo lijengwe!!

how is it possible??

if you didn’t know, designed height ya jengo iliyoandikwa imetokana na budget yake, lkn at the end kama kapata hela nyingine ndo anaweza kuadd floors (if there is enough carrying capacity) , kama hana height itakuwa ileile iliyodesigniwa.
Kijana, this is simple arithmetic. Each floor has a standard floor to ceiling height in meters. Let's assume it's 3.4 meters per floor and you are planning to build a 40-floor building. That's 136 meters in total. In this case, hata kabla uanze kujenga, hautakuwa umejuwa nuymba itakuwa na height fulani? This rule will still apply even if you decide to add extra floors (just take the extra number of floors you are adding multiply by 3.4 and add to 136 meters). It is that simple so sijui unasumbuliwa na nini

Wah! Nimeshangaa. If it wasn't for the civil war that slowed down development, Luanda would be way ahead. A very nice and clean city. Not even a single pothole on the roads
