Just stupid. Design plans must be approved before construction breaks ground. Any deviation from the original approved plans by the local authority could result in the whole building being condemned for demolition. Addition midway i have witnessed is possible through bribery but though it could result in disastrous outcomes like seen in collapsed buildings. Mtu hajengi tu kimandazi mandazi, a lot of planning of the end product happens before you see those those excavators. But i don't expect bongolala to get this because atachukua rusty sheets and bricks and begin building "dream house" in the next available space without any plans or approval.

You are just exposing your stupidity, if any floors are to be added, they will do so bearing the same floor to ceiling length of the other storeys.
