Kijana, this is simple arithmetic. Each floor has a standard floor to ceiling height in meters. Let's assume it's 3.4 meters per floor and you are planning to build a 40-floor building. That's 136 meters in total. In this case, hata kabla uanze kujenga, hautakuwa umejuwa nuymba itakuwa na height fulani? This rule will still apply even if you decide to add extra floors (just take the extra number of floors you are adding multiply by 3.4 and add to 136 meters). It depends what your building if its an office tower ..residential tower .mixed etc..

Hii ni approximation ..kutegemea na jengo..
Mengine yanakuwa na parking na conference facilities so lower floors zinaweza kwenda hadi 5m

So 4.2m ni average tu kwa office tower

Nairobi has bigger and better roads and that's the situation sometimes. It should tell which city between these two has more cars. 7,000 new vehicles are registered in Nairobi monthly. I doubt if Dar manages even 4,000

Nairobi has bigger and better roads and that's the situation sometimes. It should tell which city between these two has more cars. 7,000 new vehicles are registered in Nairobi monthly. I doubt if Dar manages even 4,000
