We both don't know in and out about Luanda, so simply we can say the beauty of Luanda in only beach front of it

May be an expert here should come and tell us more about it before giving out huge kongole to that city

Though we EA we're not far from beautification of our cities starting with NBO followed by Dar, I think we've to do more in our cities and invest a lot

We see NBO the AVIC HQ are coming out, the city double decker, Pinnacle and so more good stuffs In Dar too a lot are coming out in terms of infrastructure so in 2025 EA we can say something in SSA

Dar ndio wazembe kuliko wote wangekuwa na planning nzuri na kujenga beaches plus infrastructures properly ingekuwa beauty city kuliko yoyote Africa sasa imebaki Nairobi tu ndio inatunzwa vizuri mazingira etc
