I was not comparing the developed countries to kenya in terms of development. I was comparing interms of dept ratio. My point is deni simbaya as long as you can payback, also note all our borrowing goes direct to projects and not recurrent expenditure.

The good thing with technology is that it gives you a lot of optins to choose from just the same way Google earth does. In as much as Google images zinapigwa picha kwa juu, if I want to see more detailed information, I can always zoom as much as I want to view images kwa karibu so your argument doesn't hold any water.Mahali kuna barabara utaona tu na mahali kuna mpangilio wa nyumba pia utaona tu. Isitoshe, utaona pia the type of houses found in a particular place.
