Ndio unachokifanya hapa ndugu Teargass
Unafanya

In a nutshell, you are trying to talk about city/town planning here. Every town or city must have some level of planning. The reason why you think Kenyan towns are not planned in such a manner as you paint above is what baffles me. Show me any major town in Kenya that has hospitals, stadiums, regional offices, and bus stations all located in a single place. As far as planning is concerned, your towns are some of the worst planned ones, with Dar leading the pack. I think it's only Dodoma that's a bit organized but that's only because it was made your capital city recently.

My point is, don't hide behind the keyboard defending the indefensible. The truth is, your towns are expanding and need parallel infrastructure. There's no way you can convince people that towns like Mwanza or even Arusha have not reached the level where they need overpasses and interchanges when they are the second biggest and third biggest towns in Tanzania respectively. That's laughable.
