Safaricom Mpesa transacted Ksh 40 Trillion in 2024.
That's Tsh 832 Trillion.

It has just hit me, that if the transactions increase this year, Safaricom may achieve something crazy.

We'll be able to say that Mpesa transacted more than 1 Quadrillion Tanzanian Shillings.
