If we can manage all cardiac surgeries why not manage a simple thing like kidney transplant??
But we have done it before you.
To us is not a big issue any more.

Remember Kenya has been doing kidney transplants way longer than you and we just did our first with fully local doctors this year. Your biggest hospital did its first kidney transplant last year.................you have a looong way to go before you have all Tanzanian doctors doing kidney transplants.
