Una tatizo lolote unapotumia mtandao wetu? Una ushauri wowote ili tuiboreshe huduma yetu?

Tafadhali itumie mada (thread) hii ili tukusaidie kwa urahisi.

Unapokuwa na tatizo, ili tukusaidie kirahisi zingatia haya:

- Ni tatizo gani? (M-PESA, SMS, Calls, Internet, usajili, kukatika kwa mawasiliano n.k)
- Maeneo gani? (Tukifahamu location, inakuwa rahisi kukuelekeza wapi uende ili upate physical assitance toka kwa vendor wetu aliye karibu nawe)
- Tatizo limeanza lini na limejirudia au kuendelea kuwa kero kwako kwa muda gani?
- Kama ni ushauri, zingatia ya juu lakini tutafurahi tukijua kwanini unapendekeza unachopendekeza
- Kama ni pongezi, zingatia ya juu na tungependa pia upendekeze lipi tufanye kuzidi kuiboresha huduma kwako.

TCRA/BOT komesheni dhulma hii:

Ipo hivi. Unamtumia mtu pesa kutoka mpesa kwenda namba ya mtandao mwingine. Lengo ni mlengwa wako apate fedha bila makato (inaenda kama meseji). Mlengwa wako hapati meseji wala voda hawakwambii kama pesa haijakwenda. Unapiga customer care wanakwambia kuna tatizo la kiufundi muamala hauwezi kwenda na hawajui tatizo litaisha baada ya muda gani....wanakushauri kuzuia muamala (reverse). Mpaka hapo hakuna tatizo. Lakini wanarudisha pesa uliyotuma tu, ile fee waliyokukata hawakurudishii. Hapa ndio kwenye dhulma ambayo BOT na TCRA ni lazima waifanyie kazi. Kama tatizo la kushindwa kukamilisha muamala ni la kwao (vodacom), iweje wamkate pesa mteja kwa kazi ambayo hawakuifanya? Actually, ki haki kabisa Vodacom ndio ilipaswa kumlipa mteja wake kwa kushindwa kukamilisha muamala kwa wakati.

Ingawa imenitokea binafsi kama mteja wa Vodacom, naamini hili linatokea kwa mitandao mingine pia. Nilijaribu kuwapigia na kulalamika lakini sikufanikiwa.Ni dhulma kubwa kwa kampuni kunufaika kwa kutoa huduma mbovu (si sawa wao kunufaika kwa kushindwa kukamilisha muamala). Nawomba BOT/TCRA kama wanapita humu waone tatizo hili na walifanyie uchunguzi suala ili kukomesha hiyo dhulma kwa wateja.

Napenda kufahamu kuhusu suala la TUZO points, Nikiuliza salio naambiwa nina sh 3150 lakini nikitaka Kuvuna naambiwa salio langu halitoshi nina sh 21... ufafanuzi tafadhali!
Tuzo point 1725 mpaka 3450 unaweza kununua vifurushi lakini kuanzia Tuzo point 14596 unawaza kuzibadilisha kua hela

Ninakerwa na message nyingi nazopata baada ya kununua bundle zangu via MPESA. Ukinunua bundle tu message si chini ya 6, kuna ya M-PESA, MPESA, VODACOM, TUZO POINT blah blah...... tafadhali sana itafutwe njia mbadala sio fair kutushambulia inbox na message zote hizi.

Kwanini mnacharge Ussd code kama za NMB, NBC, CRDB, AZAM NK? , isipokuwa zinazotumika kwenye mitandao wenu, mbona hizo code wenzenu Hawa charge kama tigo na airtel?

Okey Here it It. Mwaka jana Vodacom waliniunganisha na huduma yao ya Game Lounge ambayo wala sikuwahi kujiunga nilipolalamika kwenye Twitter account yao wakasema kwamba nijitue, kumbuka kwamba kujitoa unalipia, nikajiuliza how comes kwamba waniunge wao bila mimi kutaka alafu kujitoa nijitoe mimi kwa hela? kujituoa ni TZS 150/= hii ni pesa ndogo kwa kuiangalia ila ni ujinga wa hali ya juu kuingia Gharama ambayo haina msingi.

MWAKA JANA:
Wakanitumia ujumbe kwamba huduma ya Game Imewekwa upya!. Nikaisoma sms nikatulia maana najua kujitoa ni hela.

Siku ya jumapili tarehe 3/02/2019 wakanitumia sms kwamba nimekatwa TZS kwa kujiunga kwenye Gemlounge ambayo sijawahi kujiunga. Sasa hapa Voda wameshasepa na TZS 500/=.

HAPA KUNA WIZI!. Kwenye tangazo la kwanza wanasema watakata tzs 50/= kwa wiki lakini kwenye sms ya makato naona hela iliyokatwa ni TZS 500/=.

Supa uni,siku ambayo niliweka buku mbili(2000) nikajiunga na bando la chuo ndani yake unapata muda wa maongezi ya voda to voda na dakika chache mitandao mingine shindani na gb 1(mb 1000) za my surf internet lkn kilichonikuta siku within a few hours nikapewa sms notification kuwa mb zimekwisha.Sikuamini lkn ndio hvyo ilikuwa zimekwisha.
From that day no long Vodacom member period!,ilikuwa ni ujuzi wa kiwango cha juu sana .
Nilijaribu kuwapigia customer care huwezi amini nilikutana na utaratibu mreefu hadi kumfikia muhudumu alikuwa zamu, maelezo hayakujitosheleza kuhusu matumizi yngu au ni nni kilitokea hadi kufilisiwa mb zangu.
Vodacom asanteni kwa huduma zenu lkn mmi tena basi

Kuna wizi mkubwa kwa fedha za salio za wateja unaoendelea sasa hivi katika mtandao wa Vodacom.
Kwa vile hili si jungu bali ukweli nimisha report wizi huo katika kitengo cha malalamiko TCRA kwa hatua zaidi.

Nimeweka salio la Tsha 10,000 mchana wa leo kwa Mpesa ref Y23SY687 na baada ya muda mfupi nikakuta salio langu la maongezi ni sifuri.

Nikanunua vocha na kutumiwa tshs 10,000 na hela yote imekatwa tena.

Wateja wa Vodacom jihadharini, kuna mwizi kaingia mtandaoni Vodacom

VODACOM wamefanya ustaarabu wa kunipigia baada ya kuona detail ya transaction hapo juu, na kuiona kwenye mtandao wa Jamiiforums.
Kimsingi wameapologise kwa mtafaruku uliotokea lakini wamenieleza nifike ofisini kwao kuona aian ya simu ninyotumia isije ikawa data apps ziko wazi.
Na kweli baada ya maongezi ya kuchunguza, mobile data setting ilikuwa ON, na mimeizima sasa.

Hata hivyo ni vema nitaenda kupata maelezo ya kuyeyuka kwa salio langu , karibu 20,000, kwa siku moja.
Wanabodi mtajulishwa inawezekana kuna wenye tatizo kama langu.

Nimeonana na waheshimiwa sana wa Customer Care pale Block 4 Mlimani City.
Cha kusikitisha ni wao kushindwa kuchukua malalamiko yangu na kuyafanyia kazi, na hii ni licha ya kuwaelewesha kuwa hili tukio nalijawahi kunitokea na hii kuwa ni mara ya kwanza.

Hawa jamaa wa Customer Care ni kama mabalozi waliopewa jukumu la kusafisha kampuni ya VODACOM hata kama inanuka kwa wizi uliodhahiri.
Kitu ambacho hawajui ni kuwa nilifanya due diligence kupitia wafanyakazi ndani ya VODACOM walionidhihirishia kuwa kuna wafanyakazi wasio waaminifu ambao wana access na personal security settings za wateja.

Na wafanyakazi hao huwa "wapiga kishenzi" fedha za wateja.

Kwa kifupi mtu wa Customer Care ameshindwa kuniconvince na maelezo yake ya upotevu wa Tshs 20,000 katika mtandao wa VODACOM.
