Fare well brendan rodgers
The writting has been on the wall for brendan's departure since the ominous slump at the end of the last season and as liverpool life long supported, I was realy puzzled by FSG sticking with him going to this season.at one point I thought my affiliation for Liverpool was at stake. finaly the penny has dropped for FSG and I applaud their ruthlessness to give marching order to deluded brendan before he thrusts Liverpool further down..
Brendan has paid the price of fans agony. Losing the support of fans who are ever loyal to the managers sums up everything one needs to know about rodgers. He has caused a stir to fans not only by his failure on the pitch but also by his startling talks off the pitch. All the hysteria and rebuilding notions were realy the last straw for fans who have been bearing the brunt of rodgers misdemeanours.
I am firm beleiver of the notion that the manager of football club is as good as his players. When a manager has very good players in his disposal and the team Is under performing you can only cite to the manager's ineptness to get the best out of his players and thats for me is brendan's main failing
His transfer record has been disastrous. When a manager spends one third of billion pound and still rely on injured prone sturridge to win him games and keep reshuffling the team every season then u have to wonder whether the manager has any clue in terms of bringing in right players.
Costant tinkering of his team has stifled the players effectivness. Random switching of formations and tactics has confused himself and players also.it is his fourth season and he hasnt been able to have one consistent formation and more importantly the winning formula.
Throwing his assistant manager and coach under the train last summer was always going to haunt him. Brendan strikes me as sort of a manager who thinks of himself as immune and bullet proof to criticism. He scapegoats others for his failure. He never admitted his failure and for someone who talks about honesty and character at every chance, thats damning attitude to have. He inexplicbly blamed balloteli and his coaching stuff for his failure last season, he has also cited at not having the right tools notwithstanding his extravagant spending since hhis arrival.
In nutshell rodgers has been an unmitigated failure.he has failed miserably. Two seasons ago he took us to the brink of tittle but in hindsight I have came to know that it wasn't realy down to him. He had two best strikers in epl, best midfielder in epl in gerrard and best young players in raheem and cou plus we were playing only once per week.he rightly took the credit of finding the system of intergrating suarez and studge which made us deadly going foward but with that swashbuckling attack came the defensive frailty which presumably costed us the tittle that season....since then suarez and gerrard left.but he had nearly 230mln pound to fill their void speaking of which he failed.
Self potraying his genius and tactical nous has done him more harm than good. He loves beating his chest doesnt he? Frequent Citing of 2013/14 archievement and last season 13 match unbeaten streak as his masterclass has been cringeworth and to finaly not to hear that again is good riddance.
Huge sigh of relief to finaly see the back of rodgers and onto rapturous delight of klopps exciting tenure .
-klopp oozes class and charisma,the same cnt be said of rodgers. Klop's passion for the game will rub off to his players and we will have a team playing with passion and pride.
-klop is not a yes man like rodgers. He will demand authority and wont let owners bullying him
-klopp has reputation of developing players to world class levels. He took kagawa sahin goetze lewandowski subotic hummels gundogen reus to stardom.
-unlike rodgers,klop boosts a stunning record in transfer market working with hillariously tight budget. He assembled the world class dortmund team for total sum of only £31m. Thats less than what brendan paid for benteke alone. Klop signed gems for peanuts
-klop has shown that he can work with what he has. He can develope players he has at his disposal.unlike rodgers ,he cnt complain about not having right tools
-klop cnt plug square pegs in round holes. He wont play milner in midfield and ibe in defence
-klop is renown for pressing game that brendan has been waxing lyrical about for so long. Klop built a blend of strong defence(something rodgers has failed to accomplish for 3 years) and deadly attack in dortmund.he can build that balance between defending and attacking and he built one of the best midfield in europe.here is hoping he can do the same at liverpool
-klop is top drawer and has pulling factor for top players. Top players will always want to play for top managers. We can now compete for best foreign talents and i would not be suprised to see reus and gundogen coming here.sounds too good to be true though
-klop is a winner. He won two bundesliga tittles gazumping bayern and also took dortmund to ucl final thumping madrid on the way. He took dortmund as midtable team and transformed them to world class team. Rodgers biggest archievement is championship play off final with swansea
-Klop epitomizes and typifies what liverpool manager is.he realy cnt do any worse than rodgers.
-klop is tailor made for FSG model of buying young players and turn them into world beaters. With resources we have,he can do wonders here

Good luck to brendan rodgers.he has been dead man walking for so long now that he could do with a new lease of life. I cnt fault his endevour but he needs to pack his pride and ego. He needs to realize that his managerial career is in infant and fledging stage and that he is not as good as he slices himself to be. He needs to get the basic right before being complex in his tactical approach.if he can do that then he can be good manager who will keep roy hodgson on his toes.
