The difference is it’s their choice and still they have access to all first world basic rights services. Whether it’s medical ( a 9-11 emergency call averages 5-10 minutes ERS response) or communication ( every poor person in the US is entitled to a free government cell phone)… so you can’t compare poverty in America with Third world. Not even close.

You can hate on the US all you want but it’s still the greatest human experiment. We are not perfect but i am sure you would trade your residence in a minute if the opportunity came to you . It’s still a million times greater than Tanzania… 💯💯
