If there were no so many NGOs in Kenya, Kibera would have been unknown factor .. but Kenya is a popular country, sameway there are slums all over South America but we only know of Brazilian favelas … There are are slums in Southern Africa ( Zambia, Malawi , Mozambique etc) but we only hear of Soweto in RSA coz of the status of Southie ..unfortunately everyone knows Tanzania is a poor country therefore nobody cares much about your slums but they exist whether you accept it or not If you show hereby photos to anyone outside of Dar , 99% of the survey will tell you it’s nothing but an endless slum … ( 50 times bigger than Kibera)..
