Yes because those refineries are owned by global majors such as Total, shell, Exon Mobil etc and they ship their crude from their production centres worldwide to their refineries. Dangote anayo production centres wapi zaidi ya refinery? Bei ya crude is different kama humiliki production wewe mwenyewe ndio maana kuna alot of cheap fuel na hii ndio Dangote anataka committement kuzuia importation yake kwa EA.

The refinery will be set at Donho Kundu special economic zone. There's no cartel there.

rest assured hakuna refinery inajengwa, if not tanga then hakuna sehem ingine itajengwa and Tz itself doesnt want that refinery so ni kama mumpe votes tu thats all

You are just an idiot. The biggest Data Centre is in Nairobi, it will be overtaken by the one in Tatu City.

There is nothing Tanzania can tell Kenya in terms of data Centers.
