Hakuna refinery itakayojengwa Mombasa Tanga is the only choice because kwanza kuna:
1. Landing site ya Ug oil and export terminal
2. Umeme wa kutosha
3. Ardhi ya kutosha na at low cost.
4. Pia in Tz kuna oil pipeline to Zambia can serve Malawi and DRC
5. No extra cost such as pipeline as in the case for Mombasa or shifting crude by ship from Tanga to Mombasa for refining.

All logistics favour Tanga

Ana refine mafuta msa kutokea wapi? TZ na UG wana hisa EACOP na kwa pamoja wanaweza kujenga refinery kwa mapato yao na kuwa na uhakika wa supply ya mafuta. Hapo msa itabidi ku import crude oil na kuanza kuyasafisha.

Pili hayo masharti kapewa Kasongo atayaweza? TZ na UG tuna mafuta yetu hata yakienda nje as crude tutanunua refined oil kwa Bei ya Chini nje na kuyaleta hapa... Soko la Dangote atapata wapi?

TZ na UG haziwezi ku guarantee huo mradi as East Africa states, pia Burundi... Na Rwanda piaa maana ana maslah8 makubwa kwa TZ na UG kuliko ukunduni..
