So UG will be fuel sufficient soon, and without Tz commitment that refinery will be dead on arrival.

Dangote amesema very clearly, one of his reasons why he prefers Mombasa, ni ju Kenya has more oil consumption and has a bigger economy. Wewe punguza emotions, Dangote didn't mention bongoslum or Uganda anywhere.
