UG anajenga refinery yake Hoima pili ili refinery iwe profitable Dangote needs government commitment to ban fuel dumping in the market as he had done with Nigeria and he needs commitment of all EA governments on this. So UG will be fuel sufficient soon, and without Tz commitment that refinery will be dead on arrival.
