You forgot the cartels owning huge chunks of land you need to take a cue from the Chinese during SGR construction.
 
Yes TOTAL anayo refining Capacity yake elsewhere and huko ndio anapeleka crude oil ya UG. Only surplus oil will be available kwa refinery but with extra surplus from S.Sudan and DRC there will be enough feedstock for refining

Remember Total has no plan of refining UG oil. The same total is in Nigeria and Angola but they have never built any refinery there despite their huge oil reserve.

Just like I said, Total will always be happy to sell crude oil to their European counterparts, refine them there and resell the refined oil back to the crude owner😂😂🤣

Ni mtu mjinga pekee wa kuwachukulia serious wakenya. Kenya is alredy dead country sasa wanatapa tapa ili wapate public sympath
