I don’t mean to be a hater but there is nothing special to celebrate about Dodoma when it’s nothing but a government project fully . Konza has more value due to private sector investment ( gov.did horizontal infrastructure only). Tatu is even better since it’s fully private sector. Free market builds economy. I don’t understand how everything better in Tanzania is a government subsidiary including all the tall buildings in Dar . Why is private sector shying away from you ?

Jaz Hotel Group is set to debut in Zanzibar in October, with the opening of three resorts.

It has unveiled Jaz Adonia, Jaz Amaluna, and Jaz Aurora.

Set to open in October 2024 Jaz Adonia features 192 rooms amid lush landscaping and ocean views.

The Zanzibar resort has a 300-metre private beach and varied dining options

The resort is situated 38 kilometres from the airport and city centre.

Opening later this year, Jaz Amaluna is an adults-only Zanzibar resort with 180 rooms.

It has beachfront access, two swimming pools, a spa and a range of dining experiences.

Debuting in early 2025, luxury resort Jaz Aurora will have 346 rooms, including royal suites and villas with private pools.

It will showcase gourmet dining, a two-level jetty bar, ten pools and the island’s first aqua park.

Additional amenities include a spa, gym and convention centre.

The resort also houses an art gallery.
