I don’t mean to be a hater but there is nothing special to celebrate about Dodoma when it’s nothing but a government project fully . Konza has more value due to private sector investment ( gov.did horizontal infrastructure only). Tatu is even better since it’s fully private sector. Free market builds economy. I don’t understand how everything better in Tanzania is a government subsidiary including all the tall buildings in Dar . Why is private sector shying away from you ?

just why Kuna space kubwa ya phase 2 that will involve hotels, high commissions, shopping Malls, conference centres etc. and am glad they are now all shifting their government offices there that will really attract phase 2 constructions. Tanzanian are really very clever on this.
Imagine if Government institutions could be shifted just near Konza, you build a metro or BRT connecting to Nairobi. Your Konza could be fully grown now, maybe you could be in phase 6
