Kenya projects are always expensive coz as a free market economy, there are major obstacles of land compensation ( real and imaginary) unlike socialist countries like TZ where the government owns the land. If Kenya land system was similar to TZ, Kenya would be a first world by now. Sometimes land compensation costs as much if not more than the project itself due to market rates ( and they get exaggerated to some degree in such projects).

Hijakufa ni matter of priority tuu. Rwanda alitaka apate yeye kwanza ili awe kingpin wa SGR traffic kwenye great lakes region lakini diplomasia kati ya Burundi na TZ ikaiweka Rwanda connection pending kwanza.
