You shoul know that at Tz we are not only constructing the SGR line but also the electrical network, signalling and fence along the entire track length and mind you this is a 2500km SGR line the longest and heaviest in Africa.
We are also constructing several power stations at several locations that will be tapping power for the SGR from different locations and power sources just to make sure the dedicared SGR line is powered on all the time.. In light of these electrical works the SGR will cease to work only and only if the whole country is plunged into darkness but the onboard battery power can move the trains in a spave of one hour to safety.

Our design for SGR line and electrical works avoided the pitfalls of Kenya railways and Ethiopian railways and delivered us a superior SGR network
