You can't starve if you are rich, that's not logical. All those starving people are counted as people living in extreme poverty because they can't afford the most basic need which is food.

About numbers, that's a subjective matter. There's no report that'll give you the exact figure. It's estimations, but of course done scientifically. The last WB report estimated that 20 million Kenyans live in extreme poverty. I hope that answered your question

Secondly, 40% of Kenyans is 20 million. Nyinyi the same World Bank wanasema idadi ya watu wanaoishi in extreme poverty ni 28 million. Sasa kati ya 20 million na 28 million ni gani nyingi?
