Juzi niliwaambia wakunya marubani wamesema watatoka wakajifanya eti haki za wafanyakazi . Sasa KQ imepata hasara nyingine kuwapa accomodation abiria mpaka mgomo utakapoisha . Nyie jamaa sijui mnasomaga elimu gani ? Yaani baada ya kusolve tatizo kabla mnasubiri hasara

Keep quiet idiot.
KCB total assets in Tz is $455M
Equity total assets in Tz is $251M
NCBA total assets in Tz is $210M.

As you can see three banks alone has investments worth $1B.
Unajua maana ya bank total assets? Ni pamoja na bank's premises, furniture, and fittings, kwa hiyo hiyo nayo ni investments?

Honestly, instead of a ginormous, monolithic building, I prefer a carefully designed shopping zone with many small shops and boutiques like La Vallée Village in Paris, France. It’s more inclusive because people are not intimidated by the size, and other small businesses like food trucks or stands can operate nearby. Also, the parking space could be used to build even more business establishments. A large mall will guarantee a few to no trees whatsoever, but this style will provide beautiful tree lined streets. It also creates a well organized pattern that can be expanded in areas bordering the shopping zone.

Touché. Listening to Jeff Speck about The walkable city, Moshe Safdie about How to reinvent the apartment building. Totally agree with you.

The area behind Silicon Dar’s towers has so much potential. Imagine if it were turned into something like this. Mid-rise buildings with shopping spaces on the ground level, and maybe some flats/apartments on upper floors.

And that is why urban planning is such an important topic. For growing economies like Tanzania, it needs to be at the center of our focus. We need to reinvent our cities and plan for a better future. Cities with massive freeways and monolithic malls are extremely boring. We must give humans the ability to live in cities where they can interact. More walkable neighborhoods and streets, cyclist friendly planning, and more public spaces. We also need Better mass transit systems like BRT, trams, and metro trains.

I was taking a stroll around Central Park in New York City yesterday and took these pictures. Look at how this public space outside the Metropolitan Museum attracts a crowd of people who just want to sit and enjoy the sun, some live music, as well as food and drinks from the food trucks nearby. Absolutely wholesome!

nafasi ni ndogo pale huwezi ku-sub divide tena kuweka mitaa! jaribu kufikiria hilo! hii design itafaa sehemu kama kigamboni!

Yes, that’s space is small. I wasn’t trying to say that they need to change their current design…rather I was making a point that we need to consider other forms of retail space planning in the future.

Yani pilots wakenya wenye walikuwa employed na Kenya airways in Precision Air wameenda strike tu siku moja na tayari watanzania washaingiza ndege kwa maji. What do these Tanzanians really know?
