So Tanesco yenyewe inakubali kwamba Tanzania imekuwa ikipata power black outs halafu wajinga wengine kama akina chongchung na coodip1 wamekuwa wakidanganya kwamba Tanzania haijakuwa ikipata blackouts. Huwa hampendi kushindwa, afadhali mdanganye kwamba hamna blackouts ili tu muweze kushindana na Kenya.

blackouts zimehappen only mwanzoni mwa year.. kipindi cha ukame cause hydro bado tunategemea ..we dont have constant blackouts ..the supply is greater than demand
