Back bone of any Air force is fighter jets, not all carriers or Helicopters, all those planes can't fight and win the war, just to give supports to ground forces by transporting supplies.
Kenya you have not more than 5 - fighter jets, F-5 which are very old and outdated. Uganda is superior on Air force because they have 6 fighter jets SU-30, almost brand new, followed by Tanzania has 14 brand new J-7, followed by Kenya has very old 5 fighter jets F-5, very old, followed by Rwanda which has only fighter Helicopters, Rwanda doesn't have fighter jets, lastly is Burundi which has very old fighter Helicopters.
