Nearly every Kenyan can't afford a decent meal a day. Even with whichever shitty items affordable, still most Kenyans go to be hungry or never having had enough to eat.

Kenyans are shamefully poor and for this reason, I don't see the essence of constructing such infrastructural projects when millions die of hunger.
