Kwani nani hajui UTD kuna matatizo mkuu? hilo jambo mbna lipo wazi sema sasa huwezi kulinganisha mipango ya timu eti kwakuwa Bayern wamemsign mchezaji leo basi na sisi tusign mtu leo,kila timu inamipango yake na hatuwezi fanana ndo maana Hii ni MAN UTD ile ni Bayern Munich.

At the end of Mourinho's reign, the need for a head of football was seen as a priority. It was felt that spending in the transfer market had been too erratic and someone needed to be brought in to oversee a long-term project that would improve the club's business and help shape the first-team squad.
The role continues to be discussed, but insiders suggest it is not seen to be as urgent as it once was. Reflecting on the results Solskjaer has achieved and the attacking style of football that has been implemented more regularly, it is felt that perhaps the squad is not as imbalanced as previously thought.
Solskjaer has remained open to the prospect of another figurehead being brought in—something Mourinho never was. The director of football role has become well-recognised in elite-level football and has worked well for Manchester City, where Txiki Begiristain has a strong relationship with Pep Guardiola.

But United know the appointment will only work if the right person is brought in, and they are said to be wary about rocking the boat just as things have begun to calm down.
After years of decline since Ferguson stepped aside in 2013, optimism is returning around Old Trafford. Their business this summer will determine just how soon they can realistically challenge again at the Premier League's summit

MANCHESTER UNITED ANNOUNCES OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER AS FULL-TIME MANAGER

(NYSE: MANU) Manchester United announces that current caretaker manager and former striker, Ole Gunnar Solskjær, has been appointed as the club’s full-time manager on a three-year contract.

Solskjær scored 126 goals in 366 appearances for United between 1996 and 2007 and also managed the club’s reserve team until the end of 2010. He was appointed caretaker manager on 19 December 2018 and won his first eight games in charge on the way to an overall record of 14 victories and two draws in 19 games, amassing more Premier League points than any other club during that time.

“From the first day I arrived, I felt at home at this special club,”

said Solskjær.

“It was an honour to be a Manchester United player, and then to start my coaching career here. The last few months have been a fantastic experience and I want to thank all of the coaches, players and staff for the work we’ve done so far. This is the job that I always dreamed of doing and I’m beyond excited to have the chance to lead the club long-term and hopefully deliver the continued success that our amazing fans deserve.”

Ed Woodward, Executive Vice Chairman, comments:

“Since coming in as caretaker manager in December, the results Ole has delivered speak for themselves.

“More than just performances and results, Ole brings a wealth of experience, both as a player and as a coach, coupled with a desire to give young players their chance and a deep understanding of the culture of the club. This all means that he is the right person to take Manchester United forward.

“I want to thank Ole and the coaching team for everything they have done so far and congratulate him on this richly deserved appointment. The fans and everyone at the club are behind him as he looks to take us where we need to be and build the next stage of our history.”

Mkuu iko hivi Pogba ni Creative midfielder hajanunuliwa kuja pale United Kukaba maana wakabaji wapo tayari kina Herrera na Mwenzake Matic,Pogba yeye kazi yake pale ni kuwa Playmaker kama walivyokuwa wanafanya kina Pirlo,Tony Kroos,Fabregas etc (hao wote niliotaja hapo wako slow kuliko Pogba) wachezaji wa hivi lazima walindwe na wenzao ili timu iweze kufunction vizuri sasa kama hao walindaji wanzingua hapo ndo utaona hakuna balance kwenye kiungo.

Tatizo jingine ni kwamba hatuna true wingers pale UTD,wachezaji kama kina Martial,Rashford,Mata,Lingard sio natural wingers wote huingia ndani badala ya kutanua uwanja hilo ni tatizo sababu wanaingiliana nafasi hyo inaleta shida unapokutana na Timu zinazoparki Bus au zenye mfumo wa kujaza viungo wengi kati kama Wolves sababu katikati kunakuwa kumejaa na hakuna nafasi ya kucheza.
