So are you going against the old saying "Umoja ni nguvu utengano ni udhaifu"? Why are you painting it black and white? There are small saccos and big investment companies like Suraya and the rest. Let's take the case of saccos for a start. These saccos are formed and run by Kenyans with the primary goal of uplifting members' welfare. They build affordable houses through their savings which are later distributed to members. About big companies like Suraya, yes they make profits after selling these houses to able Kenyans. But where do you think they take these profits? Of course they are paid out as dividends to thousands of Kenyans who are shareholders in these companies so your argument lacks an iota of truth and/or knowledge. Be infomed then come back laterIvi mtu gani anaenda kukopa benki ile anunue Nyumba? Kama sio private sector zinataka kuwa ua kabisa.. najua unaweza pata mkopo kwasababu una fanya kazi kwenye kampuni flani kwaio bank kuwa na proof ya wewe kufanya kazi wana wa kopesha. lakini sasa Maswala ya kulipwa it’s not reliable. Ina maana siku ukifukuzwa kazi ambayo inaweza mtokea mtu yoyote .. ina maana utashidwa kuilipa benki na bado kuna maswala ya interest 🤦🏾♂️.. you guys are living a tough life no lie. Na maswala ya share ni sawa nakusema mna wachangia private sector kuendeleza miradi yao while nyie mna pata minor benefits out of it. Tusi sahau jamani they are private sectors, wamekuja kutengeneza profit kwa ajili yao na wanao tumika kuwa tengenezea profit ni nyie wakenya. If it wasn’t profitable for them they wouldn’t be there at the first place. that’s how ubepari (capitalism) works. It’s only the few who benefits. msijitoe ufahamu 😂 js my brothers.
