So are you going against the old saying "Umoja ni nguvu utengano ni udhaifu"? Why are you painting it black and white? There are small saccos and big investment companies like Suraya and the rest. Let's take the case of saccos for a start.These saccos are formed and run by Kenyans with the primary goal of uplifting members' welfare. They build affordable houses through their savings which are later distributed to members. About big companies like Suraya, yes they make profits after selling these houses to able Kenyans. But where do you think they take these profits? Of course they are paid out as dividends to thousands of Kenyans who are shareholders in these companies so your argument lacks an iota of truth and/or knowledge. Be infomed then come back later

Watu wa socialism hawa hawaelewi haya maneno. Nowanda everything is slow in Dar. Life in Nairobi or any major town in Kenya is no doubt expensive especially when it comes to owning property. However, those challenges have encouraged creativity and more hard work. In fact, it is the secret to a vibrant private sector and entrepreneurial culture. Only the lazy ones will argue otherwise. Even at the end of the day hata kwa hiyo socialist mentality yao there's someone who'll benefit and it's not the citizens. It's those government contractors and the people who get kick backs from government projects. So you're actually being taken for a ride in the name of being your brothers keeper. Hapa what brings us together is to find solutions for the future not laziness. Naeza ungana na watu 20, we buy some prime land then split according to shares bought or build or just let it appreciate; something that most people can't afford across the world when they try alone. Wakisema shareholders are getting just a token nashangaa kwani wantaka tugawane equally sisi wote yet our investment is different? they forget you are only supposed to reap what you sow. He's talking like shares aren't assets or they don't return profits. They better read stories of Unaitas, Cytonn etc and learn that it's a win-win thing. Am a beneficiary of those saccos. Aside from that there are chamas (micro-savings group) which are changing lives of illiterate Kenyans in rural areas. 1. Corruption is an alien word in Tanzania. It has never existed there 😂
2 Crime. Tanzania is hevean on earth where crime is a foreign word. Congratulations! 😂
3. Nepotism. This is another vice that is not known in Tanzania, and has never existed there. Wow!
5. Land injustice. Well, Tanzanians don't even lease land from their own government. Everyone there is a landowner for life! WTF! 😂
6. slums. This is the most interesting part. You see, Tanzania is a third world country but it has managed to keep slums out of its cities. How do they do even do this? Even those corrugated iron sheets that cover 3/4 of Dar are dream houses. And they are very proud of them 😂 😂
9. Unemploymen. You see, everyone in Tanzania is employed, even these ones that spend a half of their day in this forum are employed. They are employed but the most amazing part is that 70% of them live on less than a dollar a day. Are they paid mandazis? 😂 😂 😂
Failed state. Tanzania is a robust economy but development taking place only in their dreams. Of course they are not a failed state, they are just an LDC that is really struggling 😂 😂
