Why does the lake have a turquoise greenish colour?

Not just green, it also changes to blue depending on what angle the Sun is.

Because of it's small size sun rays are able to reflect back and forth on all sides of the dense forest around it , some of those rays escape and the majority of those (escaped ones) form the dominant color we see (green).
