Nimekuwekea hapo hadi na prompt yangu. I simply asked, which is more modern between arusha and talanta stadium.
It seems you do not understand the meaning of the word design. Design constitutes all those things mentioned in that post. When we talk about modern designs, we are talking about the new age features in the design. You can't call something modern just because it's a poor attempt at mimicking Mercedes Benz stadium when it doesn't have the modern features in it.
