I told them that Dangote is not focusing on Ugandan oil na hawaskii. And if at all he is to complement with the Ugandan one, then a ship will take it from Tanga, ferry it to Mombasa where it will be refined then resell it again to Uganda and Tanzania through Kenya Pipeline 😂😂.

Tanga hata haina infrastructure to handle a 650bpd refinery. That's a very massive project, that needs a lot of supporting infrastructure in place.
