Tanga has all the basic infrastructure on place.
Roads, Railways, plus the EACOP,
Plus Tanzania has financial Muscles to expansion and Modernize Tanga port and build the SGR lines to Uganda and Kenya Boarders.
Kenya doesn’t.

Oil Refinery is a complicated business venture . Hata the mighty United States has problems with it . Tanga has no capacity to support a refinery unless they upgrade infrastructure. It would take 10 years or more. Dangote is a business man not a charitable organization…😆😆
