When we say 10% of the city has a sewer system, we are talking about house units, not area. We are not counting those mashamba ya mihogo that makes up about 40% of Darislum. Besides, I know mathematics ain't your Forte but 10% of 1500 is still smaller than 40% of 696 even if we were to use your dumb analogy. Get the strap.

Hapo Dar nilienda hiyo beach ya kigamboni kuna vundu la sewage linamwagwa directly into the beach. Haya continuing with your inconsistencies, building other projects does not change the fact that you have a failed bagamoyo port project..you are deflecting.

Hata nilichokiongea hujakielewa fala wewe. 2015 I had a different username, I changed it to Kosugi. From 2015 username to kosugi and from kosugi to Khaibar.
Hata hiyo lugha mnayojivunia hamuielewi.
Na sijawa banned na sikuwahi kula ban hapa JF ukitaka naweza kukujibu kwa acc ya Kosugi.

About Bagamoyo you can't say it is a failed project while it is still on paper. Not established yet on actual ground how can you call it a failed project.
Vivid example of failed project is Nairobi BRT ambayo mkapaka lipstick "BRT only" kwenye road lanes na hadi leo hakuna brt buses zinazopita. Infact in East Africa Kenya is the leading country in failed/white elephant projects.

Hapa unaongea vitu gani wewe jitu zima fala.? Unavyotaka kuweka huu mjadala vyovyote vile iwe ni kwa idadi ya nyumba au iwe ni kwa ukubwa wa eneo, 10% ya nyumba zilizopo Dar ni mara mbili au zaidi ya mara tatu ya 40% ya nyumba zilizopo Nairobi. Nadhani unajua tunavyojenga nyumba zetu. Halafu hako ka nairobi eneo linaloishi watu si 600 sq. Kilometers, usilete habari za uongo uongo hapa, nilishakuonya. Eneo la hako ka mji linaloishi watu ni 300+ square kilometers, the rest ni mbuga za wanyama, vichaka na mapori left right and center . Stupid

Hizo propaganda uchwara ndio zinawazuzua mafala nyie. Hebu tupatie majibu ya ESIA, Feedstock ya refinery, power plant na guaranteed regional financing of that project.
