Unataka kuwa na refinary Mombasa wakati huna logistics za kuleta mafuta Mombasa toka Turkana. Mafuta ya Uganda tayari yanakaribia Tanga hivyo it makes sense kuwa na refinery Tanzania na pia EACOP ina serve a wider great lakes region (DRC, S.Sudan na TZ oil on the shores of lake Tanganyika)

CHAN isnt a major tournament, any stadium can host it, infact there were some matches playeed ay NYAYO but when its AFCON Nyayo turns to training ground
Rwanda even Hosted it the whole CHAN themselves

all Kenya national team matches used Nelson Mandela stadium because kenya never had a CAT4 stadium, these matches include FIFA qualifiers, so you had to use Nelson Mandela stadium as Home stadium

GDP isnt a big issue as you take it, all it does it count revenues in the country the whole Year, however These revenues can come from single strong sectors, if you have a sector that overpowers itself it can push the numbers high than the entire population needs

For example Kenya economy is Based on the SERVICE sector, all transactions from banks, mpesa... these can push the numbers so high than other industries

also Some few people can earn alot than the entire population, so when your celebrating GDP your actually celebrating few people revenues, in this sense slums wont end as money goes to few people
