Hapa tuko kwenye system of governance, kama nyinyi mko na counties na sisi tuko na regions.
Hata hivyo ukiangalia the largest counties na provinces ndo less productive.
Anyway hapa sijafanya comparison ya nchi nzima nimechukua mfano wa dar ambayo kwenu ni kama county moja versus Nairobi .
Nairobi Inasemekana Ina gdp kubwa ikiwa na maana itakuwa inazalisha sana kuliko dar , lakini kwanini ikija kwenye osr inaoneka Iko nyuma sana ya dar ?
Kwahiyo hiyo gdp ya Nairobi inapatikanaje kama zile economic activities kwa ngazi ya local government zinaonekana ziko chini.

Hata tukisema tuchukue county zinazolingana kwa ukubwa na region zs Tanzania bado mko nyuma .
Mfano tukichukua turkana yenye 98,000 SQkm versus tabora yenye 76,000 SQkm, bado hiyo turkana yenu Iko nyuma tu.
Acha visingizio vya ukubwa .
Tanzania Iko na regions 31 zikiwemo za Zanzibar halafu 38% of the landmass ni conservation .
Non conserved land in Tanzania ni 540,000 SQkm na Kenya ni 490,000 SQkm.
Hakuna difference yoyote hapo

Has someone ever told you how foolish you are? OSR za Nairobi is only from Parking fees, land rates, advertisement, water and garbage collection.

No industry pay their taxes to any county government, all taxes are paid to national government. Huko kwenu mnachukua taxes zote plus parking mnawekea Dar.

Unless hujui na hizi zote ni sawa na dar es salaam , hapa hkuna inclusion ya Toka serikali kuu

But the last time I checked Nairobi collected More.
