Actually for a big country like TANZANIA, it is works. Just why even in Dar, people wanamaliza miaka hawajaenda huko posta wala kariakoo. Huduma zinawafuata.

Hiyo model ya kujibana kwa apartments, huku ardhi ikimilikiwa na wachache ndo best model? Hizo model zinafaa nchi au Miji iliyobana sana kama Hong Kong, Singapore huko. Sio Kenya, nchi yenye lower urbanization kuliko hata Tz

I hate to admit but it is best way, watu binafsi kujijengea nyumba so far ndio imetuletea unplanned settlements na ndicho kinaendelea Dodoma sasa, watu wanajenga kiholela tuu ,inabidi tutofautishe mitaa au makazi yaliyopangiliwa na viwanja vilivyopimwa,bongo tuna viwanja vilivyopimwa ila makazi hayajapangiliwa hamna Tanzania kasoro sehemu chache kama fumba na kwa mbali avic na maeneo kadha ya masaki na oystarbay

Unplanned settlements haitokani na ubora wa nyumba, ila hutokana na ujenzi wa maeneo yasiyopimwa.

It has little to do with the size of a country, my friend. Urban planning clearly escapes your grasp. The issue lies in the efficient use of energy and resources. Even countries with way more land than Kenya and Tanzania like the USA are feeling the negative effects of urban sprawl and trying to move away from it. Perhaps you should consult an urban planner to shed some light, because your defense of urban sprawl comes across as both juvenile and devoid of professional understanding.

Tofautisha upimaji wa viwanja na makazi yaliyopangiliwa,bongo tuna viwanja vilivyopimwa tuu lakini makazi hayajapangiliwa nchi zilizoendelea huwezi kuhamia nyumba haijakamilika ila bongo ni kawaida nyumba hazina sewage system,nyingine hazina maji ila utakuta mtu anaishi ndani na familia yake, hapo hapo barabara hamna na vitu kibao vya msingi ila makazi yakiwa planned huduma zote za kijamii zinakuwa zishafikishwa kabla ya mtu kuhamiaa mfano mbweni ni rich neighborhood ila hakuna public pack au reliable public transport na reliable simaniishi bodaboda
