I thought in Kenya AFFORDABLE HOUSING is something special the way you write or rather brag about them. Now listen, NHC was established for that sole purpose until JK Era. NhC has built loads of those houses in Ilala,Kinondoni,Magomeni(most of these sold to tenants). Those in Upanga,CBD are still owned by NHC. The difference is most of them are old less than 5 storeys buildings
